Describe your construction and real estate industry practice and how you serve contractors and real estate developers? Do you provide any specialty services to clients in this industry?
Our entire team is committed to building excellence into every project. Our mission is to provide a competitively-priced, quality project completed on schedule. Equally important is constructing our projects in a safe and secure environment. We firmly believe that the dedication and fine workmanship of long-term tradespeople—many of whom are third and fourth generation employees—are contributing factors in maintaining lasting relationships with our clients. Miron goes beyond construction, offering specialty services including sustainability, virtual construction, and experience-based design.
What is new at your organization in Wisconsin?
We continue to grow and expand our presence throughout Wisconsin, opening a new Eau Claire office in 2015, with visions of a satellite office in Green Bay in 2018. Miron also remains committed to the Madison area, and will be moving to a new office building next year.
Are there any other recent developments at your organization to share?
Miron is truly invested in Wisconsin communities and values the relationships we’ve built in those communities. With the recent additions of Jill Didier, Vice President, Milwaukee Business Development, and Carole Schaeffer, Vice President, Business Development, Madison, we strive to focus on fostering innovation and growing in the greater Milwaukee and Madison markets.
