Briefly tell us where you work and what you do.
Director of Business Development, Principal Broker and Marketing guru for the CityCenter at 735, formerly known as 735 N Water St. I’ve had the pleasure of getting involved in all facets of the 16-story multi-tenant office building over the last 2.5 years and it quickly became an obsession for me. I could see it had untapped potential the 1st day I arrived and things have changed so much in that time. We leased over 90,000 SF and raised our occupancy from 54% to 91% in 2 years. A remarkable transformation has emerged!
What are you currently reading?
Honestly, I’m reading through an RFP at my desk. Does that count?
What is on your ipod?
Sounds so cliché but I enjoy a variety of music and that’s what you’ll find on my iPod, variety. The only type of music I dislike is Country music…unless it’s Johnny Cash of course.
Tell us something that most people don’t know about you.
I rappelled down the 16-story CityCenter building for the event we hosted last October, “Over the Edge” to benefit Special Olympics of Wisconsin. We’re hosting the event again on September 14th and I encourage you to go “Over the Edge” with us. It’s a very empowering experience for a great cause!
What are your hobbies outside of work?
Well, I have two teenage boys that keep me very busy between school, social events and sporting events. I have very little time for hobbies that don’t involve my boys and that’s just fine with me.
Iphone? Droid? Blackberry?
Iphone, hands down. Droid and Blackberry will need to come up with something very compelling to break my loyalty to Apple products.
