Locally, we have a Developing Leader Committee chaired by Lyle Landowski of Inland Companies and Brian Adamson of TOLD Development.  This committee is responsible for maintaining the chapter’s mission statement while meeting the needs of future generation. 

Lunch with a Leader Series

Back for our third year is our very popular Lunch with a Leader Series generously sponsored by HSI Properties.  Exclusive to 8 developing leaders, this lunch is held every other month and features a prominent leader in the commercial real estate industry.  Past guest speakers include Joel Lee of Van Buren Management, Willie Hines, Milwaukee Common Council leader, Andrew Petzold of Concord Development, David Jorgensen of VJS Development, Barry Mandel of Mandel Development Group, Mike Mooney of MLG Commercial, Jerry Franke of Wispark LLC, Jim Cope of Grandbridge Real Estate Capital, and Dennis Klein of KBS Construction.
