NAIOP Wisconsin has approximately 10 events each year. The events consist of the Annual Meeting and Awards Night, four chapter meetings, two educational events, Government Day, two social events and the Annual Market Update. Additionally, the Developing Leaders will schedule occasional events which focus on the needs and desires of our future leaders.
Event Cancellation Policy (Updated August 2014): NAIOP Wisconsin respectfully requests that members and non-members treat their registration at NAIOP functions as they would any other business appointment. Venues typically require that event food and beverage orders be finalized a minimum of 5 days prior to events. Correspondingly, refunds or substitutions must be made or requested at least 5 days prior to each individual event registration deadline date. No refunds or substitutions will be permitted after that date. No shows for free events will be charged the appropriate fee-either member or nonmember. Nonpayment of any registration or event sponsorship fees within 30 days of the event date will be subject to penalty and attendance restrictions for future events.
No Show Policy: For all events that are complimentary, a fee equal to the individual cost of the event may be assessed to the individual who registered by did not show up for the event. Notification must be received at least 48 hours in advance of the start of the event to avoid the No Show Fee.
