Peter Schneider, ScopeBridge, Mentee
It has been a true pleasure getting to know Brad as a person and a professional. It is a real honor to have one on one time with such a well-respected member of our industry. We have had the chance to have two lunches together thus far. Brad has taken the time to get to know me personally and professionally. Brad is always generous with his advice and has shared his professional story of how he came to a leadership position within Whyte Hirschboeck. One thing we have in common is that we are both the father to three girls. Brad has been able to provide some great words of wisdom on navigating fatherhood with three ladies! He also serves our industry as a consultant, similar to my business. He has been able to share perspective on everything from networking and business development to internal team leadership and compensation strategies. Some of our discussions have had immediate impact on my business. I have already found great value in this mentor-mentee relationship and am grateful to Brad for his generosity.

The NAIOP Mentoring program has once again been a great experience. This year I have had the honor of getting to know Pete Schneider. Pete and I meet about once a month, and always for lunch (who doesn’t love a free lunch!) The conversations are always interesting and thoughtful. Whether talking career goals, business development, business administration, or life/work balance, Pete and I share stories, ideas and experiences and each of us learns from the other. I look forward to continuing with our lunches, our stories, and our sharing as we continue to grow our respective careers.
