Milwaukee, WI (January 21, 2015) – NAIOP Wisconsin elected a new President and Board of Directors at their Annual Meeting and Awards Night on January 21, 2015. The new board includes the principals of many of the region’s leading commercial real estate firms.
Lyle Landowski was elected President of NAIOP Wisconsin for 2015. In this capacity, he will work closely with NAIOP staff and Chapter leadership to guide the Chapter’s operations. Landowski is a partner at Colliers International’s Wisconsin office.
“I have been involved in NAIOP since its inception and have seen firsthand the kind of impact NAIOP can have on a career, a community and an economy both nationally and locally. In 2015, behind the leadership of our Board of Directors, Past Presidents Council, Committees and members, I am looking forward to seeing NAIOP extend its power and influence for the commercial real estate industry, economic development and progress for our communities.”

Also at the Annual Meeting, NAIOP Wisconsin presented several special awards to select members who have made significant contributions to NAIOP in 2014. Outgoing President Greg Kost presented the following awards:
- The Rising Star of the Year-Principal Member was presented to Burton Metz of Wangard Partners;
- The Rising Star of the Year-Associate Member was presented to Liza Jablonski of Associated Bank
- Associate of the Year was presented to Heather Turner Loth of Eppstein Uhen Architects.
Following the business portion of the Annual Meeting, Dr. Michael Lovell of Marquette University gave a discussion to NAIOP members about the impact of Universities on the economy.
