Briefly tell us what you do: I take an advisory role with my clients, where we sit down talk about their real estate portfolios then develop the right strategy for what the client wants in the short and long term. I specialize in the sale of Single Tenant Net-Lease (Retail, Office, Industrial) and Multi-tenant Retail Investment properties primarily in Wisconsin and the Midwest.
Which project do you love the most or are most proud of? The project I’m most proud of would be the recent sale of the Whole Foods on Milwaukee’s East side. We had a great owner with a trophy asset and for unknown reasons we fell out of contract with two buyers. We were able to identify a private buyer at the end of the year who closed quickly and the seller achieved a record sales price.
What do you hope to gain with your NAIOP Membership? In addition to the phenomenal work NAIOP does from a political standpoint, I want to connect with more office and industrial developers in Wisconsin.

What is the funniest thing that has happened to you recently? There have been plenty but none that relate to real estate lately, all deals are complex no matter how simple they seem. On a side note I was playing golf with clients and one of them topped a drive so bad he had the whole foursome roaring with laughter, good thing he was laughing too.
Where do you see yourself in 10 years? Continuing my career at Marcus & Millichap working towards being the top investment sales broker in Wisconsin.
