Briefly tell us what you do:
I am the Strategic Account Manager for Consolidated Construction, leading the Milwaukee office in our industrial, manufacturing, commercial, food and cold storage pursuits.
Which project do you love the most or are most proud of?
We are most proud of the Gold’s Gym project in downtown Milwaukee. Working with the city we brought Gold’s to a vacant building owned by a developer. We worked with the developer and Golds to design/ build a 5 story Golds gym. We cut holes in the floors for a suspended lap pool and basketball court which required structurally tying together two existing buildings amounting to a $10M project. We then went on to rebuild the Milwaukee River walk that fronts this building. Consolidated won a national award for the project, deemed the most difficult construction feat, Nationally, in the $10M range by Associated Builders and Contractors.
