As the director of business development, I consistently look for opportunities in communicative, vertical and geographic market expansion. Siegel-Gallagher offers a unique approach to property management; I work to introduce our strategies to external stakeholders operating within the multifamily, commercial and industrial marketplace.

Which project do you love the most or are most proud of?
Currently, the project I am most proud of was the development of my fraternity’s house on Marquette’s Campus. A former Masonic Temple, the asset was subject to termite damage as well as substantial facade and roof leaks. I worked in conjunction with a local developer and architect on for the funding and design. Together, we resurrected the decaying asset to a full-functioning fraternity house complete with (24) single and double rooms, housing (35) members, 4,000 SF banquet hall, (3) study rooms and student lounge. This project also served as a catalyst for two additional Greek housing developments within the past (12) months.
