NAIOP is no longer the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties. We are simply NAIOP, the commercial real estate development association effective January 1, 2009! After a year-long marketing study to evaluate our associations brand identity and long term mission, the result was to change the acronym to a name. NAIOP represents ALL commercial real estate developers, not simply industrial and office.
